Billing & Cancellation

Current status
Soloish is in setup preview. Subscriber checkout is not configured and no payment is collected by this flow. Selecting a plan or accepting legal documents does not activate a paid subscription.
Recurring subscriptions
Before payment becomes available, checkout will display the selected plan, actual recurring price and currency, billing interval, applicable taxes and renewal terms. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Payment and subscription status must be confirmed through verified Stripe events, never a return-page URL.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. The intended cancellation location is Settings → Plan & usage, linking to Stripe’s customer portal. That portal is not available during setup preview and must work before payments are enabled. Signing out, disconnecting Gmail/Outlook or deleting your business setup does not cancel billing.
Plan changes and access
After cancellation, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Mid-period plan changes are not available. After the subscription ends, choose a plan and complete a new checkout. Access resumes only after verified payment.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Soloish may issue voluntary full or partial refunds at its discretion for circumstances such as duplicate charges, billing errors or significant service problems. Your billing records
When billing is enabled, Stripe receipts/invoices and the customer portal should provide durable payment records. Soloish will also retain the plan, recurring-price disclosure and document versions accepted before checkout. Terms and Privacy remain publicly accessible from the footer and Settings.
