Initial draft · Legal review and business-policy confirmation pending before paid launch.
About Soloish
Soloish helps independent professionals research companies, organize private professional relationships, identify opportunities and prepare outreach. These initial terms are a draft for the setup preview. Paid subscriptions are not available until billing and the outstanding business policies are finalized.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and mailboxes you are authorized to access. Your Soloish login is separate from optional Google or Microsoft mailbox connections. You remain responsible for activity you authorize.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Plans and their current prices are shown before checkout. When paid subscriptions become available, any recurring charge requires separate affirmative agreement to the price, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms. Choosing a plan or accepting these terms does not itself authorize a charge. Cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Soloish may issue discretionary full or partial refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors or significant service problems; no automatic refund or money-back guarantee is offered. See Billing & Cancellation for details.
AI and professional contacts
AI-generated scores, research and drafts can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify important facts and review recipients and message content before use. A verified email is not a guarantee of delivery, identity, relevance, consent or a business relationship. No employment, revenue or outreach outcome is guaranteed.
No guarantee of freelance work or business results
Soloish provides research, organization and outreach tools. Soloish does not guarantee freelance work, employment, clients, contracts, projects, interviews, responses, revenue or any other business result. A prospect, fit score, contact recommendation or opportunity signal does not mean that a company is hiring, has a budget, wishes to receive outreach or will engage you. You are responsible for evaluating opportunities and independently negotiating any engagement. Subscription fees pay for access to the service and the stated allowances, not for a promised placement or outcome. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your responsibility for sending email
You decide whom to contact and are responsible for the recipients, content, accuracy, timing and lawful purpose of messages you authorize through Soloish, including AI-generated drafts. Review each message and its recipients before authorizing a send. You must have authority to use the sending mailbox or domain and to make the statements and offers in your messages. Preparing a draft, discovering a contact or receiving a recommendation is not permission from the recipient and does not replace your review or authorization. You must not impersonate others or include misleading sender information, subject lines or claims. These responsibilities do not excuse Soloish from its own legal obligations or make you responsible for Soloish sending contrary to your instructions.
Permission, compliance and records
Before sending, determine which privacy and electronic-marketing rules apply to you and your recipients, establish a lawful basis for processing contact data, and obtain any consent or other permission required by law or your sending provider. A publicly listed, purchased, imported or verified email address is not by itself evidence of permission to send. Keep the records needed to demonstrate your lawful basis and any required consent, and provide relevant evidence if reasonably requested to investigate an abuse complaint, subject to applicable privacy law. Include accurate sender identification, a valid postal address, identification of commercial content and a working opt-out method where required. Honor opt-outs within applicable deadlines, record requests received outside Soloish and do not remove or bypass suppression or required unsubscribe information. Soloish tools do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee that your outreach complies with the rules that apply to you.
Opt-outs and suppression
Soloish enforces permanent outreach suppression across the service. An individual opt-out blocks that address; an explicit organization-wide request blocks its domain and outreach to alternative employees there. Users must not evade opt-outs by cycling through contacts. Suppressed records are not an outreach directory.
Lawful outreach and acceptable use
You are responsible for a lawful basis to process personal data and send outreach, including applicable privacy, electronic marketing and anti-spam requirements, accurate sender identification and honoring opt-outs. Do not send deceptive, harassing, discriminatory or unlawful messages; evade suppression, security or rate limits; use unauthorized scraping or bulk harvesting; resell mailbox-derived data; or infringe others’ rights. Contact discovery is not permission to contact someone.
Connected services
Google, Microsoft, Hunter, Tavily, OpenAI, Resend and payment providers supply parts of the service. Their availability and applicable terms may affect functionality. Connect only mailboxes you control or are authorized to use. You can disconnect optional mailboxes in Settings → Connections. Disconnecting a mailbox does not cancel a subscription or automatically erase previously imported history.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize Soloish to process it to deliver the features you request, including through service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Soloish and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding and software. AI output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection.
Suspension and termination
Soloish may restrict access to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements or material violations of these terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Ending service does not override mandatory consumer rights or erase obligations already incurred.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Soloish excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any monetary liability cap and applicable jurisdiction remain subject to legal review before paid launch.
Changes and questions
Material revisions will have new document versions and may require renewed acceptance. Previous acceptance will not be silently assigned to new versions. Legal business: [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. Support: [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Privacy requests: [PRIVACY EMAIL]. These placeholders and governing-law provisions must be finalized before paid launch.
